Project Background
Intra is a configurable in-building logistics SaaS platform built by SCLogic. The goal of the platform is to simplify customers’ daily workflow with asset and package tracking. The platform consists of mobile and desktop applications, and a client service portal (CSP). The CSP allows end-users to fill out request forms, perform searches, view dashboards and fulfillment screens, and much more.
Project Goal
Design new and improved features for the CSP.
Our development team has a list of features they want to implement for the CSP to improve the user experience.
Mobile Reservation Calendar
Before: Weekly calendar grid is too large to fit on a smaller screen, making it difficult for users to select time slots for the appropriate day.
After/My Design: Changed calendar to view one day at a time. Users can select a date at the top, then select the desired timeslot.
